Interior Design: The Hipness of Bicycle Décor

Seems more people are riding bikes than ever these days. There are bike-themed shopping, dining, and drinking establishments from Brooklyn, New York, to Portland, Oregon, and dozens of cycle-friendly towns in between. Bikes have become part of hipster culture.

The bikes themselves are often decorated with vintage baskets, swanky seats, and colored tires, but there are also those who see more than the sum of a seat, a frame, and two wheels. Artists and designers are creating art and furnishings that give bicycles a whole new way to roll down Cool Street.
